Caroline is part of the Corporate team. Her practice mainly focuses on mergers and corporate restructuring of private and public companies.
Caroline joined CMS in November 2024.
Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Management from HEC Liège and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Liège. This dual degree provides her with a transversal and comprehensive view of the corporate world.
