Claire is an associate in the Employment and Pensions department. 

Claire is specialised in labour law and social security law. She advises clients on the full range of labour, employment and incentive matters. It includes all legal aspects of human resources management, from hiring to firing, from individual matters to collective labour disputes and restructuring issues. 

She also represents clients in the context of legal disputes before the (labour) courts.
