CMS advised Sohoma International on its acquisition of the four-star hotel Navarra in Bruges, in collaboration with the EXTENDAM and 123 Investment managers funds. Sohoma International is a subsidiary of Sohoma, a French hotel owner and manager which manages hotels since more than 30 years on behalf of various investors. With this acquisition, Sohoma International strengthens its European footprint.
