Lucie holds a bilingual French-English Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Saint-Louis – Brussels and a Master of Law degree from the University of Louvain. She also completed a specialised Master in Notarial Law, gaining practical experience through a traineeship in a notary’s office.

Lucie joined the Real Estate department of CMS in January 2021. She advises Belgian and international clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including major real estate transactions, commercial and civil leases, contract drafting and negotiation, real estate litigation, property finance, and complex structuring involving rights in rem and co-ownership.

She also regularly handles issues relating to general civil law, particularly where they intersect with real estate.

Lucie is recognised for her rigorous legal analysis, precision in drafting, and pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to both transactional and contentious matters.
