Michaël is an experienced lawyer with a focus on private and public real estate law, property law, contracts and torts, construction, town planning and environment.

Michaël combines strong legal knowledge with a significant practical experience and in-depth understanding of the sequences of all types of real estate projects.

His expertise comprises all aspects of operations relating to the development, the construction and the commercialization of real estate projects, from the precontractual stage until the dispute resolution before administrative, judicial and arbitral courts.

In these fields, Michaël assists and advises leading Belgian and foreign players (companies, shareholders, investors, real estate developers, building contractors, public institutions) within the framework of their domestic and international operations.

Michaël previously worked as a company lawyer for a major real estate developer and for a renowned general contractor and served several years as lecturer in property law at the free University of Brussels (ULB).
