Ornella specialises in the restructuring of private and public companies. She advises Belgian and foreign groups on the structuring of their shareholdings (in particular through mergers, transfers or contributions of branches of activity or company spin-offs) as well as the structuring of their partnerships.
Similarly, she is involved in merger/acquisition operations with a view to setting up post-acquisition integration operations or structuring divestments.
