CMS Belgium assisted KKO International, a company listed on Euronext Growth Paris and Brussels, in the context of the transfer of its cross-border registered office from Belgium to France with a dual listing.
KKO INTERNATIONAL was a holding company that has a single participation, SOLEA, based in Ivory Coast, active in cocoa production.
