    CMS is proud to have assisted Retviews, the leader of automated benchmarking in fashion in France and Belgium, and its shareholders in the sale of 70% of their stake to the French listed company Lectra for EUR 8 million. The sale of the remaining capital and voting rights will take place in July 2020, July 2021 and July 2022.
