Our environmental initiatives

At CMS, we understand the importance of preserving the environment and taking action to tackle climate change. 

With this goal in mind, we strive to decrease our own environmental footprint, both internally in our offices as well as through the way we work and across our supply chains. 

Some of the initiatives that we are undertaking across our organisation to make our business operations more sustainable include:

• measuring and analysing our greenhouse emissions as well as setting goals for emission reduction
• reducing our energy consumption and producing renewable energy
• reducing waste, eliminating the usage of plastic where possible and recycling paper and glass
• optimising our employees’ daily commute and promoting eco-mobility to cut down our carbon footprint 
• replacing business travel with virtual meetings where possible and compensating for emissions  
• working with sustainable suppliers and energy efficient equipment 
• raising awareness for sustainability within our organisation
