We will introduce to you some of the most common measures used by employers to structure their workforce and optimise their employment costs in Bulgaria. Our presentation will start with an overview of the options for introduction of flexible working time and payment arrangements. Then, we will analyse alternative employment solutions like outsourcing, telecommuting and employment through temporary work agencies. Finally, we will outline the most popular options for termination of employment, including voluntary termination and mass layoffs, and will brief you on available employment incentives.
