Antonia has more than 20 years of experience in advising Bulgarian and international clients on corporate, real estate and regulatory issues. Her professional background includes consultancy positions with PWC and Deloitte. Subsequently, she founded her own well-regarded law practice where she participated and led complex due diligence and corporate restructuring projects and provided day-to-day legal assistance to corporate clients from various industries.
In the last decade, Antonia’s professional focus was on the pharmaceutical and defense industries. Antonia provided legal advice on regulatory, contractual and corporate law matters to some of the biggest pharmaceutical companies on the Bulgarian market. She also represented multinational defense companies from Germany, France, Netherlands and Italy during milestone defense projects in Bulgaria. She covered multiple areas of legal work, from procurement, contract drafting and negations with the Bulgarian Ministry of Defense, to post-contract assistance and litigation.
