Lachezar Mikov is an Associate in the Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance and Employment practice group at CMS Sofia.
Lachezar started his career at the Ministry of Justice, where he was involved in checking the compliance of legal documents and drafting legal statements. He is experienced in civil law and GDPR legal matters. In his role as a legal advisor, Lachezar acts as an internal corporate legal and compliance officer and has represented clients before the Bulgarian Trade register and other state authorities. He is experienced in contract negotiation and drafting, and ensuring GDPR, KYC and CDD compliance.
