Nadya Chukova is an associate in the CMS Sofia Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance and Employment team. She specialises in employment law matters, in particular advising clients on various types of employment agreements, company employee policies and procedures, health and safety at work, compliance and regulatory matters, benefits, discrimination matters, and immigration issues.
Nadya also advises clients on civil, commercial, company and administrative law. She has substantial experience in intellectual property law.
Before joining CMS, Nadya was part of the core team of a well-established Bulgarian law firm and worked in the Culture Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria.
