On 26 August 2026, we are hosting the fourth CMS Young M&A Professionals Event at our offices at Dreikönigstrasse 7, 8002 Zurich.
This exclusive event brings together young M&A professionals for an evening of insightful discussions and networking in a relaxed atmosphere on our rooftop terrace. The following people will represent the panel:

Based on feedback to previous editions and to make the event interesting for an even broader group of people, this years' edition will be held in English.

By "Young M&A Professionals" we mean people who:
| • | are involved in M&A transactions on a professional basis, whether in a law firm, a legal department, a management consultancy, a private equity or venture capital investor, a start-up or a corporate transaction team; |
| • | are up to approximately 40 years old; |
| • | have between 2 and 10 years of professional experience; and |
| • | are not (yet) a partner, director, chief legal officer, general counsel or equivalent. |
