CMS Public Procurement Remedies Toolbox

Public procurement laws provide for short procedures and quick decisions to enable projects to be realised within a short timeframe, but still allow certain decisions in a tender procedure to be reviewed. Those of you whose business relies on public procurement are aware of the importance of following very tight deadlines in tender processes for public contracts and concessions. To help you with those, the CMS Public Procurement Group has developed an easy-to-use online tool that allows you to quickly identify the decisions which can be challenged and to calculate the deadlines for the available remedies.

Intended for companies and contracting authorities in both the private and public sectors, the CMS Public Procurement Remedies Toolbox assists you with various scenarios in individual jurisdictions.

The tool does not, however, purport to provide detailed legal advice. For further legal support you may need to contact your usual CMS contact or reach out to the public procurement experts listed in the CMS Public Procurement Contact Card.
