CMS advised Comdat/Smartec Group on the acquisition of Axius Group, a strategic move to expand to the Romandie

The Comdat/Smartec Group has integrated into its network the Axius Group, a renowned provider of printing and document management solutions in the Romandie for 30 years. The Axius Group consists of three entities with sites in Sion, Lausanne and Geneva. With the expansion to the Romandie, the Comdat/Smartec Group now covers the entire Swiss market in the printing industry.

Both enterprises are the leading Xerox concessionaire in their respective region. Therefore, the acquisition of the Axius Group by the Comdat/Smartec Group is an ideal succession solution for the founders of the Axius Group which continue their sales activities and support the integration of the Axius Group.
