Jens Lehmann specialises in tax law. He advises companies and private clients on all national and international tax law issues and represents them in tax procedures in front of courts and tax authorities. In addition, he has developed a focus on migration law matters.

After his studies at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) Jens Lehmann worked as a trainee at a major business law firm in Zurich (2014-2016). He was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2017. He qualified as Certified Tax Expert in 2021.

Jens Lehmann joined CMS in 2018 as an attorney.
