CMS advised the private sellers on the sale of a commercially used development site located at Lerchenstrasse 16/18/24 in Zurich. The site offers medium-term potential for the construction of approximately 200 residential units.
The buyer, a Swiss pension fund, acquired the property in a transaction where JLL Switzerland acted as the sell-side transaction advisor. The purchase price remains confidential.
