Michelle Lindenmann's practice focuses on real estate law.
Her professional activities include real estate acquisitions and sales as well as the development and realisation of real estate projects. Among other things, her tasks include the performance of legal due diligences regarding real properties and development/construction projects as well as the drafting and negotiation of agreements (in particular of purchase, construction and lease agreements as well as ground leases and easements) and the assistance on all issues related to the realisation of real estate projects.
After her studies at the University of Zurich, Michelle Lindenmann completed a legal internship at a renowned Zurich commercial law firm from 2017 to 2018. She then worked as a trainee and law clerk at the District Court of Meilen.
Michelle Lindenmann was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2022 and joined CMS as an attorney at law in the same year.
