ITS is a freight forwarder based in Reinach, in the canton of Basel, providing since 1992 high-tech "special services" in the transport and logistics for the industrial, automotive and defense sectors, in addition to ocean freight and general cargo services.
ITS joins the GEODIS Global Freight Forwarding line of business.
Pascal Favre led the Geneva team of CMS Switzerland advising GEODIS and covering all aspects of this M&A transaction. The team further comprised Sr. Associate, Audrey Durand, Francesca Scalco and Kevin Marcato.
