ISS, a global leading facility services provider, has agreed to sell its Swiss subsidiary ISS Kanal Services AG to KLAR Partners, a pan-European investment firm with a focus on investments in business services and industrial sectors, investing primarily in the Nordic, Benelux and DACH regions.
ISS Kanal Services AG with approx. 280 employees has in the past few years established itself as a leading Swiss company in the field of sewer maintenance, namely due to its new technology-driven innovations and a state-of-the-art fleet infrastructure.
Since ISS is strategically focusing on its core services of integrated facility services and key accounts, it decided to sell ISS Kanal Services AG to KLAR Partners.
KLAR Partners is experienced in building national and European market leaders in services industries and is looking to contribute that experience to ISS Kanal Services AG to support its organic growth as well as investments and additional acquisitions.
