CMS advises shareholders on the sale of ACRON HELVETIA VI Immobilien AG

ACRON AG and the other previous shareholders have sold all shares in ACRON HELVETIA VI Immobilien AG. ACRON HELVETIA VI Immobilien AG is a real estate company that holds an office and logistics property with a production center in Wetzikon, Zurich. The property was built between 1975 and 1990 on a plot area of 7,158 square meters. The rental area is approximately 11,000 square meters and is fully leased to the renowned European exhibition stand builder and exhibition designer Andreas Messerli AG.
