CMS advises Spearhead in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake by DEKRA

The international expert organization DEKRA has acquired a majority stake in Spearhead AG. DEKRA had held a minority stake since 2021; now its shareholding has been increased to 50.1 %.

Spearhead is a pioneer for digital solutions in claims management and serves insurers, fleet operators and fleet operators with systems for the completely digital processing of vehicle claims. Spearhead's business model focuses on digital processes in the handling of vehicle claims, starting with the claim notification through to the final settlement of the claim. An important component is a telematics solution that enables Spearhead to create a fully automated "First Notification of Loss" immediately after an accident and make it available to customers.
