Zurich – connectis Beteiligungs GmbH, a company belonging to the Munich-based AURE-LIUS Group, has sold all of its shares in connectis AG, a Swiss ICT service provider based in Emmen, and its smaller Zurich-based sister company Softix AG, to the French SPIE Group based in Cergy-Pontoise, France.
Both connectis AG and Softix AG offer their clients solutions for secure networks and appli-cations in the voice, data and video communication sector together with the world of unified communications and workspace management services. The companies' approx. 400 employees carry out the planning, realization, maintenance and operation of system solutions. connectis AG was acquired by the AURELIUS Group in 2008 and has since become the second largest ICT provider in Switzerland with revenues of CHF 132.4 mio. in the year 2013.
A team from CMS von Erlach Poncet led by Zurich-based partner Stefan Brunnschweiler has assisted the inhouse team at Aurelius in this transaction.
