On 3 November 2026, TeleClinic, a subsidiary of DocMorris and Germany's leading telemedicine platform, signed an agreement to acquire Medi24 from Allianz Partners.
Medi24, based in Liebefeld, is a leading Swiss telemedicine provider. Through numerous partnerships with Switzerland's largest health insurers, it offers contractually guaranteed first-line telemedical access to more than 4.6 million insured persons, around 50% of all insured persons in Switzerland. Closing of the transaction is expected in December 2026.
The acquisition marks TeleClinic's entry into the Swiss market and the first step in the international rollout of its telemedicine platform.
A team, led by Stefan Brunnschweiler and Andrea Relly, advised DocMorris on all legal matters of the transaction.
