Yoann Lambert is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at the CMS Geneva office.
He specializes in civil and criminal litigation and has recognised expertise in particular in criminal law, white-collar crime, administrative criminal law, media law, interim measures, consumer law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law and contractual litigation. In this capacity, he advises private clients and Swiss and international companies.
Yoann Lambert obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva in 2013, graduating top of his class. He then spent six months at the University of Zurich before completing a Certificate in Transnational Law in 2014 and obtaining his Master of Laws in 2015. In July 2015, he also obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Profession.
After completing his traineeship at CMS, he was admitted to the Geneva Bar in October 2017, graduating top of his class, and joined CMS in January 2018 as an associate, before becoming a partner in January 2026.
