Annual overview: Swiss Code of Civil Procedure, Federal Act on Private International Law and [LP]

As in previous years, Maxence Carron, PhD in Law, provides an overview of the past year in a publication in La Semaine Judiciaire, highlighting key legislative and judicial developments in civil procedure (CPC), debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings (LP), and private international law and international arbitration (PILA).

The past year was notably marked by case law arising from the entry into force of the CPC reform, completed and ongoing reforms of the LP, as well as significant developments in international arbitration, both before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
