CMS advises Roto Group on the acquisition of Dachfenster Keller GmbH

Roto, an international residential and industrial construction group, which is the technology and market leader for window and door hardware systems, acquires Dachfenster Keller GmbH.

Dachfenster Keller GmbH, domiciled in Thalheim an der Thur, has vast experience in roof window installation and service throughout Switzerland. Dachfenster Keller and Roto already had a pre-existing business relationship for some time. By acquiring Dachfenster Keller GmbH, Roto takes the next step in supplying its customers with the entire spectrum of the window business. In particular, Roto is working on new concepts and cooperations to exploit the diverse and growing potential of individual security and smart home solutions.
