CMS experts together with our invited guest, Gianluca Bacchiocchi, partner at Latham & Watkins in New York, will host a 1hr 30 min Q&A e-roundtable on Tuesday, September 21st to examine the key benefits of and main differences between using English/NY governing law and jurisdiction.
