English law vs. New York law and jurisdiction: What are the considerations when choosing the governing law and jurisdiction for cross-border financing transactions? What are the benefits of each governing law and jurisdiction? After Brexit, what has changed when using English law and jurisdiction?

CMS experts together with our invited guest, Gianluca Bacchiocchi, partner at Latham & Watkins in New York, will host a 1hr 30 min Q&A e-roundtable on Tuesday, September 21st to examine the key benefits of and main differences between using English/NY governing law and jurisdiction.

This event will have a particular focus on the Latin America region. CMS experts in Chile, Colombia and Peru will share their perspectives from their local markets and practical experience with international transactions.
