Frankfurt/Stuttgart – 7(S) Personal GmbH, a leading German employment service provider headquartered in Stuttgart, has acquired all the shares in Wesseling-based montaplan GmbH from the sole shareholder. Montaplan is involved in the manufacture of technical components, the commissioning of rail vehicles and the supply of temporary workers. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The 7(S) Group has been active for more than 30 years in recruitment, supplying temporary workers and other HR services across multiple industries. This transaction expands the company's business operations to include the construction and commissioning of rail vehicles.
