AMCO GmbH and BOCO GmbH have sold their shares of around 46 per cent in ARBOmedia to the Swiss company Goldbach Media AG. The sellers were advised on the share purchase agreements by a team from CMS Hasche Sigle led by Stuttgart partner Dr Maximilian Grub.
Goldbach Media AG is to make ARBOmedia AG's external shareholders a mandatory offer of EUR 9.80
per ARBOmedia share.
The acquisition of the AMCO GmbH and BOCO GmbH share packages plus a further share package
means that Goldbach Media AG now holds 72.7 per cent of the ARBOmedia shares, making it the leading
online advertising marketing company in eastern Europe.
ARBOmedia AG operates Europe-wide as marketing services provider. It is the market leader in the high-growth countries in central and southern Europe.
