UK-based Specialist Computer Holdings plc (SCH), Europe's largest privately held IT services group, has sold its German subsidiary SCC GmbH to the Bürotex Group, one of Germany's leading system vendors. The purchase price was not disclosed.
A team from CMS Hasche Sigle, led by Dr Claus-Peter Fabian and Dr Werner Walk, advised SCH on all aspects of the transaction.
SCC has more than 7,000 employees in nine European countries. Bürotex is acquiring SCC GmbH with immediate effect and will use SCC's corporate branding until 31 October 2009. Going forward, SCH and Bürotex have agreed to work in partnership to generate international business opportunities.
