Our Gender Equality Index in 2018:
The gender equality index established by Law No. 2018-771 of 5 September 2018 measures gender pay gaps using five indicators applicable to employees. It results in a score, with a potential total of 100 points.
For the period running from 1 January to 31 December 2018, our firm’s index totals 81/100.
Our commitments in 2018:
These commitments mainly take the form of donations but they may also include skills sponsorship in tax, legal and employment law matters.
