Aline Divo joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1997 and became a partner in 2012. She is Vice-Chair of the firm's Advisory Board.
She practices in real estate law with a focus on commercial leases, hotel leases, off-plan leases, building leases, business leases, transfers of lease rights, sale of business assets, real estate sales, real estate development contracts, and delegated project management contracts. She provides advice, drafts legal documents and represents clients in litigation proceedings.
Aline Divo advises French and international clients on all asset classes (offices, retail, logistics, hotels, and residential). Her practice covers property development, commercial leases and litigation.
