We act for trading houses and banks on disputes arising under commodity sale and purchase contracts, documentary credits, financing issues, bills of exchange, cyber security breaches, insolvency and restructuring issues, as well as breaches of distribution and agency agreements.

In addition to Court proceedings, we have experience in most of the main trade arbitration bodies such as GAFTA, FOSFA and the RSA.
