Yashan Huang represents and advises clients in international arbitration (ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, SIAC, DIS), particularly regarding disputes between European and Asian parties. Her practice also covers the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in Germany and litigation proceedings before German state courts. She regularly advises her clients in Chinese, English and German. Her clients include publicly listed and mid-sized companies across various industry sectors, with a focus on machinery and manufacturing, renewable energy, and healthcare/pharmaceuticals. Yashan also acts as Tribunal Secretary in international arbitration proceedings.

Yashan is qualified in Germany and is also a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong. She joined CMS in 2021.
