In order to create an inclusive working environment and to promote Diversity & Inclusion values across the organisation, a D&I Committee is in place.
The main tasks of the D&I Committee comprise:
- the review of current internal policies and initiatives, defining a clear vision for the achievement of defined inclusion targets;
- the promotion and support of the conditions necessary for a working environment that is as inclusive as possible; to receive suggestions and reports from members of the organisation in relation to issues howsoever relevant to achieving and maintaining the objectives of inclusion and safeguarding diversity;
- the monitoring of compliance with inclusion targets within the recruitment processes and the establishment of new working relationships, through synergic coordination with the HR specialists.
