Our D&I Policy

In accordance with the aforementioned principles, values and commitments, we comply with the following guidelines:

Within the  recruitment process
  • we review an equal number of resumes of female and male applicants, in order to ensure gender balance between professionals and employees;
  • we refrain from asking personal questions about marital status, desire for motherhood and which, even if unconsciously, imply stereotyping or negatively assess distinctive gender features;
  • we guarantee equal remunerations for equal skills, roles and tasks, without any gender distinctions;
  • we recruit new talent solely on a meritocracy basis;
  • we apply transparent and non-discriminatory rules and procedures.
When assigning tasks, roles, responsibilities and when awarding promotions:
  • we apply criteria which reward professionals’ merit and competences, without any gender distinctions;
  • we apply equal remuneration and non-remuneration regimes based on equity and performance, ensuring gender equality;
  • we do not tolerate any gender discrimination within work teams;
  • we treat every employee and professional without intimidation and with respect for their moral personality, avoiding unlawful conditioning, discomfort, offensive or marginalising behaviours in the workplace;
  • we do not tolerate any kind of sexual harassment, physical or psychological violence;
  • we encourage the reporting of behaviours resulting in discomfort and unease by ensuring that any uncomfortable situation be heard.
