We are committed to continuously improving all aspects pertaining to diversity and inclusion and, in particular, to:
- achieving and maintaining equitable gender representation in the governing and representative bodies, as well as in the selection of the heads of international (PAG) and industry groups;
- achieving women’s representation, appointed as Partners pro rata to the number of female members;
- training members to promote diversity and inclusion across the organisation, including in order to rule out any unconscious bias.
We promote regular social, cultural and sports initiatives and events for the purpose of assisting in meeting inclusion and diversity enhancement targets.
