Paola Ghezzi

Paola Ghezzi is a Partner at the Firm with extensive experience in corporate contracts and civil and commercial litigation.

Paola assists small and medium-sized enterprises as well as multinational groups operating in highly regulated environments, particularly in the food & beverage, healthcare, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors, adopting an integrated approach that combines day-to-day legal advice, strategic advisory, and support in the prevention and management of disputes.

Throughout her professional career, Paola has gained significant experience in:

• negotiating, drafting, and managing commercial contracts,
• advising on compliance and product safety matters, including product liability, labeling, and other regulatory aspects,
• preventing and effectively managing disputes, including ADR and arbitration proceedings, also at an international level,
• assisting digital platforms and e-commerce operators with respect to consumer compliance, commercial practices, general terms and conditions of sale, pre-contractual information, management of B2C relationships, and consumer protection.

Paola has also developed experience in advising on environmental law and ESG matters, supporting clients in adapting to the growing regulatory requirements and sustainability standards applicable across various sectors, with particular focus on issues related to commercial practices, advertising communication, and environmental and sustainability claims. She assists companies in assessing legal and reputational risks associated with green claims, marketing strategies, and ESG compliance.

Paola is also involved in legal training and education for clients and companies and has lectured in numerous courses on commercial contracts and sector-specific regulations.
