Alessandra began her collaboration with the Firm’s Employment Department in Milan, as Counsel.
Working in the Milan office, she focuses her activity on labour law and industrial relations.
Alessandra regularly assists companies in any aspect of Italian employment and labour law, including corporate restructurings, transfers of business, mass redundancies, individual dismissals, employment contracts, HR regulations and policies, commercial and insurance agency and distribution law.
She also gained considerable experience in the judicial field, providing assistance to the clients before Italian employment tribunals, courts, panels of arbitrators, in relation to employment-related proceedings and litigation.
Alessandra has also been involved in the drafting of articles and comments to court decisions for journals and magazines.
