nVent, a global leader in electrical connection and protection solutions, on 11 July 2023 announced it has acquired TEXA Industries, which will operate within its Enclosures business segment.
The acquisition of TEXA Industries and its highly complementary portfolio strengthens nVent’s position as a global systems provider. TEXA Industries provides advanced cooling technologies with innovative industrial air conditioners and chillers to help customers better solve for increasing heat loads when designing systems.
nVent was advised by CMS with a team composed by Daniela Murer, Alessandra Cuni (Corporate M&A), Carlo Gnetti, Luca Scibelli (Tax) Alessandra Boati, Gianmarco Lettieri (Employment) who assisted Marek Tapsik (Vice President & Associate General Counsel at nVent), Alpha Khaldi (Associate General Counsel) and Melat Haile.
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati advised the shareholders of Taxa Industries on the legal and tax aspects of the transaction with a team led by Federico Grigoli, assisted by Massimiliano Gobbi, Edoardo Andreoli and Elisa Costa.
