Alessandra Cuni is a Counsel in the Corporate/M&A department. She began collaborating with the Firm in the Milan office in 2017 after prior experience in other international firms.
Alessandra has significant experience in M&A and contractual matters. She regularly assists leading national and multinational companies operating in chemical, industrial engineering, energy, TMT and lifesciensces sectors in national and cross-border M&A transactions and provides commercial and corporate law legal advice, also in relation to corporate governance. In addition to Italian, Alessandra speaks English.
