Back to Corporate/M&A

Part of our commitment lies in creating strategic alliances with our clients, both individuals and organizations. Our advice is amongst the means by which clients can form strategic alliances to develop and exploit business opportunities. We assist them on the structuring, establishing and managing arrangements which will allow national or international companies to work in Italy or abroad. Issues relating to the setting up of a joint venture, the choice of the appropriate vehicle, the financials behind the creation of the agreement, are some of the many aspects of law which our team can advise on. In addition to this, we help clients in the structuring of the joint venture, in the management of it and to all aspects related to the necessary documentation.
