Annalisa Pistilli joins the firm in 2024 within the TMT department as a Senior Associate.
Her activity at the Rome office focuses on media and telecommunications law, new technologies and consumer protection. After a 3-year legal expert's experience before the Market and Consumer Protection Directorate of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, she returned to private practice. Previously, she worked for many years at international law firms such as Bird&Bird and Osborne Clarke, providing legal assistance in competition law and consumer protection, intellectual property, media and telecommunications law, advertising and unfair commercial practices.
Annalisa Pistilli has gained extensive experience in provide legal support for Italian and foreign multinational companies active in the telecommunications & media, food and manufacturing sectors both before the courts, such as ordinary judicial authorities and independent administrative authorities (e.g., AGCM, Ag.Com and Co.re.com) and out-of-court (legal opinions, drafting and negotiation of national and international commercial agreements).
She writes, on a regular basis, for well-known specialized legal journals and has participated, as an author, to the writing of numerous volumes, including, most recently, the Treaty on the New Electronic Communications Code.
