Daniela Murer is a Partner in the Corporate / M&A department and works in the Milan office.
Daniela’s focus is on corporate/M&A and commercial law. She has a 25+ experience in Corporate/ M&A local and cross-border transactions, joint ventures, restructuring and reorganization, commercial agreements, and contracts.
Daniela Murer regularly assists foreign and Italian clients in relation to their investments in Italy and abroad. Her clients include important national and multinational companies operating in the energy sector, as well as in the industrial, engineering, chemical, consumer and aerospace ones.
Daniela combines technical expertise with a commercial mindset, assisting her clients understand the cultural differences they might encounter in doing business in Italy in the most efficient way .
Daniela is a regular speaker at conferences and training courses. She contributed to several publications including to the Italian Chapter of Chambers Corporate Governance Global Guide, the CMS Guide to Consequential Losses in the Energy Sector, Italian Chapter.
