Dario Abbattista began his collaboration with the Firm’s Corporate/M&A and Energy Department in 2025, as Associate.
Working in the Rome office, Dario regularly assists italian and international companies in M&A transactions, corporate governance, and contract law.
He also gained considerable experience in the energy sector, regularly assisting investors, project developers, and investment funds in the development and acquisition of renewable energy plants. In this context, his work focuses primarily on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters, due diligence activities, as well as the drafting and negotiation of project agreements, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and shareholders’ agreements.
