The international law firm CMS – one of the leading global firms – has advised the Dutch company Joulz BV on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Centrica Business Solutions Italia S.r.l. from the seller, CBS Services Holdings Ltd.
The acquisition of Centrica Business Solutions Italia S.r.l., a company active in the energy and integrated technical services sector, is part of Joulz BV’s broader European growth and consolidation strategy. The transaction enables the group to further expand its service offering and expertise, strengthening its market position and supporting the development of solutions focused on energy transition and infrastructure efficiency.
CMS Italy acted with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Matteo Ciminelli for the corporate aspects, supported by associates Giulia Zaccardelli and Dario Abbattista.
The antitrust aspects of the transaction were handled by a dedicated team led by partner Paolo Scarduelli, with the support of counsel Lorenzo Bocedi.
