Davide Marchetta is Counsel of the Firm in the Fraud & Corporate Criminal Defence department and he regularly works with the Firm’s Litigation and Commercial Contracts departments.
Davide advises several national and multinational companies in matter of administrative liability ex Legislative Decree 231/2001 and compliance and has gained extensive experience in drafting and implementing compliance programs pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. He also assists national and international clients with the negotiation, drafting and conclusion of commercial agreements and in matter of unfair competition and unfair commercial practices.
He is Chairman and member of Supervisory Boards pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001 of leading multinational companies.
As a member of the Firm, Davide regularly cooperates in the defence before Italian Courts of multinational companies relating to the liability pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001.
